Triangular standees with individual layering, border, stats, and text controls.
This tool collects nothing about you. Everything below is a plain-language description of how it actually behaves, not a legal document.
Images, pawn names, stat blocks and action cards are all processed in your
browser. None of it is uploaded anywhere. Saving a project writes a
.json file to your own computer, and only when you click Save.
There is no sign-in, no analytics script, and no advertising. The app sets no cookies and writes nothing to browser storage — closing the tab without saving genuinely discards your work.
The page loads no external scripts, fonts, or images — everything is embedded in the file itself. The only thing it asks the server for is its own starter project and, if installed, its own offline copy.
Installing this as an app stores copies of its own files on your device so it works without a connection. Clearing site data for this site removes them.
This site is served through Cloudflare. As the host and CDN, Cloudflare may process technical connection data when delivering the page to you — typically your IP address, the time of the request, your browser's user-agent, and security or bot-mitigation signals.
That processing is Cloudflare's, not ours; we never see it, and it happens for any site they serve. Their handling of it is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Links to whitebeard.blog, Ko-fi and tools.gameportal.win are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to those sites unless you click, and once there their own policies apply.
If you self-host this file, the hosting section above is replaced by whatever your own host does. Everything else stays true, because it is a property of the file rather than the server.
This tool is an expanded iteration of the original "You've Been Pawned".

Everything you make here stays on your own device — see .
Cards defined here are the defaults. Attach one to a pawn from its Edit Controls panel, then override individual values per pawn.
